- I read cookbooks. For fun.
- I live in a tiny house with 2 other people and two cats.
- Our house is on Walker Avenue.
- The two other people are Scott, my future hubs, and Stacie, my sister/best friend.
- Scott and I have now planned 2 weddings. And cancelled both.
- Not because we don’t love each other, just because it costs so damn much!
- And we’re not rich. I work in a coffee shop!
- I like my coffee classic. Timmy’s double double.
- I don’t drink coffee at home, although we own a coffee maker.
- I like to knit. I once made my Mom (who crochets) take a knitting class with me.
- I also read. Trashy romance novels.
- When I moved out of my parents’ home, I owned over 1,000 novels.
- I gave 800 away, to Canadian Diabetes. I didn’t even try to sell them!
- I secretly love Martha Stewart.
- And the Home Depot.
- I am one semester away from a bachelor of arts degree.
- I hate my major.
- I wish I could be on a cooking show,
- And own a bakery,
- And proofread/test cookbooks!
- I love blogs. Especially food blogs. I read them ALL the time.
- I love onions.
- Especially with perogies.
- I’ve made perogies. From scratch.
- I have a KitchenAid stand mixer. It’s the cheapest of their line.
- But I love it anyway. Her name is Sylvie.
- I also have the food processor. Her name is Betsy.
- I’ve completed Wiltons Cake Decorating courses, 1, 2 and 3.
- Yet, swiss meringue buttercream scares me.
